Application for IGP 3 Club

The IGP 3 Club honors AWMA Members who have titled a dog from BH to IPO 3. To apply for induction into this program, please fill out the following form and submit all required paperwork. Once paperwork has been verfiied, each recipient will be listed on thr AWMA website under "IPO 3 Club" and will recieve a special medallion for their accomplishment. Requirements: *Medallions will indicate that it is an IGP 3 Club member but IPO3/SchH3/VPG3 titles will be accepted. *All titles for the dog must have been earned under an AWDF judge. *The applicant must be an AWMA Member in good standing at the time of application. *Titles must be earned by the same handler on a previously untitled dog. *Program is open to all breeds, including mixes. *All AWDF club scoredbooks will be accepted with the exclusion of UScA only scorebooks.

*Cost to submit to the program is $10 per application in the US, $15 for Canada.

A copy of the dog's scorebook must be included and show the front page (showing the dog's information) as well as the page(s) with the titles earned. Either scanned or picture format is fine as long as it's legible.
