Found Female Malinois

I was contacted by Beth of http://www.granitestatedogrecovery.com . She was contacted by a woman who has been fostering a found female Malinois since Sept., 2011. The dog was found in New Hampshire, female unaltered, approx. 2 years old. She has a tattoo but had no tags or collar when found.
