I found Johns site but no address, and the MCWD link is under construction
do you have info posted somewhere online?
or have an address so I can map-quest it
I'd like to make the trip over
Holly is about 2.5 hours'ish

Hi There,

My address is 9488 Ruby St, Holly MI 48442. It is actually Grand Blanc Township if you are looking at a map, and closer to Grand Blanc.

The driveway to the field is past the house on the left side of the road. Are you ready to trial???

Welcome!

Pat

Yup, might be a bit soon for the pup!

Where do you live?

You are welcome to come and visit anytime. Give me a call. We have several Bhs and SchH I dogs at our trial. Trying to get enough entries to make it two day.

Where do you train? The trial is AWMA rules and you can go for VPG or IPO, either one, although both are pretty similiar.

Congrats to Pat Carpenter and Azar for taking home the HIT at our trial this past weekend. They looked really nice....and Pat really needed this win and really worked hard for it.

Addie had a bummer in tracking, starting off REALLY nice. But I made a boo-boo and let her line go tight, I thought ...I am not going to let her control the pace. about 50 steps in, She started to really pull, and I pulled her right off the track. Then I think...not sure, she thought...Daddy is correcting me. I am not doing the right thing. And she defintly smelled something to the right...Glenn was gracious and gave us the Benefit of the doubt. But she just was not coming back to the track. So Glenn let me, after calling it, let her finish....She was perfect. So...that's the only conclusion I can come up with.

OB...more bad luck. We had a round robin. I was off the field first. So, when I came back out...a bystander was in the fine blind. right where we came on the field, she immediatly thought we were doing protection. she left me twice to go to the blind, she thought we were doing the long bite on the about turn and stopped, she missed the sit in motion. It took us to the down with recall that she realized we were doing OB. After that everything was nice. 80 pts

Protection....Redemption. BLINDS...Tight. Barking...AWESOME. Call out... PERFECT. Escape....Ever see a dog get jammed on an escape? That's how hard she hit. Back transport....GORGEOUS!....Side transport....SLICK!!! Long Bite......The Cherry on top (and the scariest moment since I got Addie)....She took him out, sent him an about 4 feet off the ground, laid him out on his back. (Sean Murphy was the helper He is as good as any, and he was smart, he let go of the sleeve...instead of breaking her neck). We had some slow outs, and one extra command on an out. And I fell behind on the back trans.....91 pts.

Some pictures.
